WHY HOW whut

From intensive AA (Allergies Anonymous har har har) research, I have found that many people are living with intolerances and they don't realise it.
Intolerances are mild forms of allergies. Eating something you are intolerant to won't kill you but it will cause you varying degrees of discomfort.

Common Symptoms of a Wheat Intolerance.
Having just eaten your tasty tasty pizza/pasta/roll you experience:
-Bloating
(stomach swells and is hard to touch)/people wanting to know when you’re ‘due’
-Stomach Cramps
-Lack of Energy
-Gas
-Nausea
-Vomiting
Delish.
I should add to this that there is a difference between Celiac disease and a wheat intolerance. Wheat intolerance/allergy is a histamine response to wheat. Celiac disease is when the body treats the gluten in grains such as wheat, barley and rye as a threatening protein and the immune system reacts in a severe way. Over time, if you keep eating glutinous grains, the antibodies or things that normally protect your body against disease break down the lining of your intestines which can lead to poor food absortion and unpleasent things like Leaky Gut Syndrome. Yeh. Makes you want to get tested, doesn't it.
Common Symptoms of a Lactose (dairy) Intolerance:
-A never-ending Cold
-Excessive Mucus
-Acne
and then the ones similar to wheat involving the intestines:
-Stomach Cramps after consumption
-Gas
-Bloating (ah luv, when are the twins due?)
all that fun stuff.
